About Martha Knapp
Cape Cod has always been a part of my life. Growing up in a suburb of Boston, I often traveled here as a young child to visit relatives and enjoyed camping each summer with my family in various areas across the Cape. Our days were spent at the beach or exploring, and our nights were filled with campfires and stories. I have fond memories of collecting sharks teeth at Head of the Meadow Beach in Truro, indulging in delicious homemade cape cod fudge and ice cream, climbing the sand dunes in Provincetown, and visiting all the quaint artisan shops along Route 6A.
In 1986 I opened a business in West Dennis and was given the fortunate opportunity of moving to the Cape year-round. In 1994 my husband and I moved to Harwich with our two children, and we’ve called it home ever since.
I believe the Cape offers more than a location...it's a way of life. Each of the many villages throughout the coastal sprawl offers unique character and charm. Whether you are looking to relocate your primary residence, or purchase a second home, when the beauty of the area touches your soul, you know you have found your home...
If you're selling your house, I will suggest creative and multi-media marketing ideas, offer staging suggestions, schedule professional photography, provide market statistics to help determine where to position your property and be with you every step of the way through closing.
When pursuing your own Cape Cod dreams of owning a home on this beautiful island, I’ll listen to your needs, work with you to find the perfect property, help negotiate an accepted offer, and recommend resources such as home inspectors, attorneys, and mortgage lenders.
Whether you are considering buying or selling real estate, I will put my passion for Cape Cod and extensive knowledge of the local market to work for you. I welcome the opportunity to answer your questions and be a part of your team.
